Welcome to Katie Muratore's Science Website

Welcome back to another exciting school year at Maimonides!
This year in science we will be continuing our circular curriculum. Each grade 3-6 will be starting the school year studying weather. Even though each grade will study the same topic, each will be within a different area of expertise. The second unit of study is forms of energy: light energy, electrical energy and simple machines and work. Our third and last unit of the school year will be living things.
Here on this website you will find updates on our classroom projects/activities by grade level, materials to use and read at home, information on the science fair, science camp information and any announcements.
